Oof. I spoke too soon about Rob Liefeld going all-out and drawing actual eyes. Whose idea WAS it to make Gideon and Roberto freakish, pupil-free monsters? With really, really funny facial expressions in that last panel, admittedly.
At first, I kinda thought that Black Tom's left hand in the fourth panel was well-drawn, since it looked like a human hand and not some sort of nightmarish claw-thing. Then I tried to actually mimic that pose with my OWN hand, and came down with radial neuropathy, which disabled all the nerves from my elbows down. I'm currently typing this post with my dick.
Man just look at Gideon in the third panel, half those lines don't even MEAN anything, and the other half don't either.
