The dialogue on this page is not by Rob Liefeld, it turns out; Fabian Nicieza wrote the words which come out of these characters' mouths. Either way, it's pretty embarassing filler that mostly serves to establish that these characters are all idiots. Oh no, Boom Boom will be "all pooped out"! Seriously? I thought this was supposed to be dark, gritty, extreme action.
Aside from the poor writing within the panels, the layout of the panels themselves is seriously balls. It's supposed to be read upper left, lower left, center, upper right, lower right, which is an extremely unintuitive arrangement. Plus, it creates lost of wasted space in that center column there. To be honest, though, negative space actually has a higher artistic quality than Rob Liefeld's drawings of the human figure, so I guess we should be grateful.
What's Boom Boom standing on in that center panel, anyway? She's just sort of floating nebulously. How is Shatterstar's right hand holding onto that sword? Why did his massive shoulderpad change colors? Also, check out how Feral's tail is coming out of the middle of her butt cheek. Hott.
