Welcome to Liefeld Physics™. Warpath's fist moved down, but knocked Forearm up and backward. Forearm also somehow got twisted around 180°, and Cable somehow landed on his feet, behind Warpath. If you check the last comic, Forearm was between Warpath and Cable. Now, Warpath is between Forearm and Cable, by virtue of his punch.
What the fuck.

Fabian Nicieza, you don't HAVE to fill every panel with retarded dialogue. Oh, whom am I kidding, of course you do. This is X-Force!
Also check out how in the last panel, Cable is between Warpath and Forearm (thus giving us every possible inconsistent arrangement of the three) and has no eyes. Also, for some reason his left eye isn't glowing. I've never been able to figure out when it glows and when it doesn't. Maybe he's just not grimacing HARD enough. D:<
