X-Force #1, page 1
The main thing that leaps out at me on this page is the weird placement of characters. Check out the relative positions of Cable, Shatterstar, and Warpath. In the second panel, Cable and Warpath are facing each other, and Shatterstar is behind Cable. In the fourth panel, Warpath is directly behind Cable. Maybe Cable turned around. Anyway, by the fifth panel, Cable is facing Warpath and Cannoball again. But one panel later, Shatterstar is right in front of Cable, next to Boom Boom. Where the fuck did he come from? Did he leap over everyone's heads?
A simple way to correct this problem in tricky scenes is to make a diagram, possibly one from overhead, detailing the position of every character in absolute space so you can tell where they are relative to each other. Oh, wait, Liefeld did that. I guess he just can't remember what he drew ten minutes ago.
I don't know what happened to Cable's eyes in that fourth panel. Although, to be fair, nobody has proper eyes in any of the other panels, either.
