One thing I can't tell with this page is whether or not Bridge and the creepy shoulder-necked dude are smoking. There's smoke, and it's coming out of their mouths, but they don't have any cigarretes or cigars or fire-breathing superpowers. I'm forced to conclude that their grimaces are so ferocious that the air around them is spontaneously combusting, and creating trails of smoke.
But their grimacing and shouting has a plot purpose: Introducing us to a super extreme rivalry between Bridge and Cable, which will surely involve many epic battles before I get sick of this shit and kill myself.
